Clio added three touchdowns in the second quarter with no successful extra points to take an 18-0 lead heading into halftime. Swartz Creek finally got on the board following halftime when Quay Humphries reeled in a 17-yard pass from Mike Smith, but the twopoint conversion was no good.

In the final stanza, Clio added another pair of touchdowns to put the game out of reach, but not before Swartz Creek’s Alarrio Ellies found the end zone on a 15-yard run and the Dragons added the extra two points.
